Deliverables of INSSPIRE project

Submitted: 31 March 2023

This plan serves to set a guideline for the management of the INSSPIRE project. It should be seen as a manual for the management process and a facilitation tool for the implementation of project activities. Project management is not a linear or pre-defined process, therefore this plan should be seen as a working document that may require changes or updates if that benefits project implementation. The complementary Partnership Agreement will serve as the internal governing document for the INSSPIRE consortium.

The project management Work Package (WP1) for the project also contains Quality Assurance and Monitoring& Evaluation, a Quality Action Plan (QAP) will be drafted to guide this particular process.

The quality Action Plan (QAP) defines the general approach to quality management. Its focus is on setting quality standards for the project outputs as well as the project processes that facilitate the timely and efficient achievement of the envisioned outputs. The objective of the QAP is to anticipate possible quality-related issues and to put in place mechanisms and tools to identify and prevent such drawbacks from occurring. Timely recommendations on preventive and corrective actions are expected to facilitate progress towards the envisioned objectives.

The Communication and Dissemination Strategy for the INSSPIRE project will play a critical role in achieving the project’s goals. By effectively communicating the project’s objectives, activities, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, the project will be able to leverage their expertise and support to enhance its impact. The strategy will also ensure that the project’s results are disseminated widely, contributing to the global knowledge base on sustainable and climate-resilient food systems.

Communication & Dissemination strategy is a “live document” which will evolve during the project duration, as we might identify new stakeholders that require different communication and dissemination channels, or we might discover that some channels perform better than the others and we need to focus on those.

The INSSPIRE website is one of the key communication and dissemination channels that INSSPIRE project will implement for achieving its goal of stimulating evidence-based inclusive education for sustainable development through building intra-university capacity, strengthening the university-community collaboration, and enhancing inter-university partnerships.

The project website serves as a central hub for all relevant information about the project, including updates, news, events, and outcomes. It is a platform where stakeholders can engage. Since the website is often a main entry point to the information about the project, it must be clear and concise, user-friendly and accessible, but even more important is that the website is regularly updated. By providing up-to-date source of information, it maximizes the communication impact.
